True Sustainables is a student-driven magazine exploring what sustainability looks like when it moves beyond slogans and becomes part of everyday life. We publish thoughtful articles on climate, conservation, energy, food systems, biodiversity, responsible business, technology, public health, cities, and community development. Our goal is to examine both the environmental and human dimensions of sustainability while making complex issues understandable, relevant, and connected to the choices people and communities make every day.
We are especially interested in ideas that move from concern to action. True Sustainables highlights practical solutions, emerging approaches, local initiatives, and the tradeoffs that come with creating lasting change. By bringing together perspectives from young writers, researchers, students, and communities around the world, we hope to encourage readers not only to understand sustainability more deeply, but also to think about how they can contribute to a more responsible and resilient future.
